A roast duck eatery owner in Putuo District, surnamed Xu, who allegedly added poppy stems and leaves to her dishes, was arrested for producing and selling toxic food, prosecutors in Putuo District said yesterday. In a routine raid by police on Wednesday, officers seized 174 bags of sauce containing drugs including papaverine and morphine.
