Pair 鈥榓ttack officer鈥

TWO drunk pedestrians allegedly attacked a police officer in Putuo District yesterday morning after he asked them to move out of a motor lane, officials said.
One of the suspects, a 22-year-old man surnamed Cheng, was subdued and detained, but the other man was still at large, police said.
The two men and a woman were disrupting traffic by walking in the middle of a motor lane near the intersection of Changde Road and Changshou Road around 9am when the officer approached them, according to police.
Video posted on the Internet by the police shows that Cheng was lying on the ground when the other man kicked the officer, who suffered injuries to his arm and face.
