PEOPLE will from next month be able to use their Metro cards to pay for their parking, the city’s transport commission said yesterday. A new electronic payment system will be introduced on June 1 and be rolled out across the city by the end of next year, the commission said. Over time, other payment services, like Union Pay and Alipay, will be integrated into the system, it said.
