LEGAL problems resulting from pirates and ransoms were heated topics at the International Symposium on Maritime Law held in the city yesterday. More than 200 maritime experts from nearly 10 countries and regions are participating in the three-day symposium. China is dealing with the most maritime disputes in the world, according to officials.
