City police are hunting for a man who alleged robbed a jewelry store in Hongkou District and ran off with a gold necklace today.
Police reportedly were alarmed of the robbery this noon. The man pretended to be a customer and asked a shop assistant to give him the necklace for a try. He then grabbed the necklace and ran away.
