Police stopped by kid

A WOMAN driving without a license asked her young child to stand in front of the car to stop police from towing her vehicle away, officers said yesterday. The driver was stopped by traffic police for making an illegal turn at the intersection of Hengshan Road and Wanping Road earlier this month. After discovering that she was driving without a license, police called for a truck to tow the car away. The woman ordered her child, aged about 4 or 5 years old, to stand in front of the car, said police. After an hour of persuasion, the car was finally towed away.
