Port emergency test

AN exercise was held in Shanghai Yangshan Deep Water Port yesterday to test the port’s ability to an emergency response. Nearly 170 officials from 11 institutions including police, fire department and companies in the port participated.
The exercise simulated a vehicle transporting hazardous substances crashing with a coach in the port, causing hydrochloric acid leakage and injuries.
