THE former general manager of State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Co has been charged with taking bribes and being unable to account for a large amount of property, local prosecutors said yesterday.
Before working in Shanghai, Feng Jun, 58, was employed at the electricity power bureau in Nanjing.
