Qiaoshui worst offender

Shanghai Qiaoshui Taxi topped the list for violations with the city’s traffic authorities ranking its offense rate as 2 percent in January.
Of the 35 local taxi companies, the “big four” — Qiangsheng (0.03%), Dazhong (0.05%), Haibo (0.09%) and Jinjiang (0.1%) — recorded the least number of complaints.
The figures are based on inspections done by the traffic police and the number of complaints received.
