Seized shells not real

SHANGHAI police said yesterday that the military shell-like objects found in the trunk of a car on Sunday afternoon were nothing more than handicrafts. The two objects looked like warship gun shells, but police said they were models as they did not have fuses or explosives. They were deemed legal and returned to their owner.
