Shock puts men in coma

TWO men fell into coma after receiving electric shocks when working underground in Putuo District yesterday, thepaper.cn reported. One is reportedly in a critical condition and the other was slightly injured. Police told the website that it is still unknown if the two were licensed to work underground and investigations are continuing.
