A WOMAN suspect has been detained for stealing shoes of residents in an exclusive real estate property along Huqingping Highway in Xujing Town in Qingpu District, police said. The woman surnamed Ren allegedly stole shoes, some of which were sneakers of famous brands, from shoe cabinets outside the apartments. Police said she admitted selling them at 15 yuan (US$2.5) for a pair.
