A woman surnamed Zhang in Jiading District has been arrested for stealing clothes worth an estimated 50,000 yuan (US$7,300) from local shopping centers, police said yesterday.
The suspect was allegedly pushing her son in a buggy , which was then used to sneak the stolen clothes into.
