TWO sisters suspected of importing drugs from Japan and selling them online without a permit have been arrested for selling illegal drugs, the Jing’an District People’s Procuratorate said.
The two store owners, who have no license for trading pharmaceuticals, allegedly bought the drugs from a friend living in Japan. Since the drugs, including a Japanese-made hair restorer, have not been authorized for sale in China, they are considered illegal, said prosecutors.
