A 33-year-old man was arrested for allegedly vandalizing windows and cars in a residential complex in Minhang District. The man, surnamed Wu, shot steel projectiles with a slingshot, causing damage amounting to over 5,000 yuan (US$760) , prosectors in Minhang said.
