A CLERK and a pharmacist of a local hospital who illegally obtained the hospital staff’s personal information and doctors’ prescription information from a database and sold them to medical salesmen for 11,500 yuan (US$1,898) were sentenced to one year in jail, Huangpu District People’s Court said yesterday. They were found downloading the information in a car near the hospital.
