FOUR people have been arrested for stealing and selling 50,000 yuan (US$7,250) worth of lamp cables about 830 meters long on the Middle Ring Road near Yanggao Road S. at the end of last year, police in Pudong said on Tuesday.
Police are still hunting more members of the gang.
