A MINITRAIN at an amusement facility for children inside Zhongshan Park was stuck at about 4 meters above the ground, putting more than 10 kids and parents at risk on Wednesday afternoon. They sat through the ordeal for more than 20 minutes before being brought down. The service has been suspended and investigation is underway.
