INVESTMENT firms have pledged 1 billion yuan (US$161.3 million) to an incubation fund for startups in the city. A total of 21 firms have agreed to support the Shanghai Youth Dream Center for Startups, which was established on Thursday. The new fund will be based in Zhabei District and is affiliated to the Shanghai Youth Center.
