Teen stabbed to death as father drives him to school on moped

A 15-YEAR-OLD boy was killed and his father injured in an attack about 8am today on Changning Road.

A suspect is being held by police, who said the slaying may have been caused by a family dispute, Xinmin.com reported today.

The suspect, around 50, used a 5- to 10-centimeter-long knife, according to two security guards, who saw him wiping blood off the blade with a newspaper. The father drove his son to school on a moped when the attack occurred, the report said. The killer stabbed the boy and then injured the father when he was being pursued by him.
