Teenage rapist sentenced to jail
An 18-year-old man was sentenced to four years and six months in prison for attempting to rape an 11-year-old girl and raping a woman who tried to save the girl, the Qingpu District People's Court said yesterday.
The man, surnamed Zhao, was drunk when he pulled the girl, surnamed Wu, into a public toilet and tried to rape her, but he was stopped by the other victim, surnamed Wang, who was passing by. Zhao raped Wang instead.
