Thief dug through wall

A man who allegedly stole 300,000 yuan (US$46,110) worth of accessories from a gold store by digging a hole through a wall from an adjacent hotel has been detained, Pudong police said. The theft was discovered on February 6 in a “China National Gold” store in rural Zhuqiao Town.
