Trailer truck driver killed after banging into another truck

ONE person died and two others were injured in three separate car accidents in the city, Xinmin Evening News reported.
At 5:05am, the driver of a trailer truck died after his truck bumped into the rear of another truck on the G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway.
The truck was completely smashed.
The accident caused traffic jams with vehicles lined up for about 2 kilometers. It has since returned to normal.
Elsewhere, a van toppled on its right side on the Outer Ring Road near Gudai Road at 6am. The driver was lucky to get away with minor injuries.
Around the same time, another van bumped into the rear of a water spraying vehicle on the Pudong section of the Outer Ring Road. The van was completely destroyed and a passenger in the van was badly injured.
