Trams planned for Qingpu

THE city government has released initial plans for two electric tram routes in Qingpu District. Both services will be circular and operate in a clockwise-only direction. The northern line will stretch 5.15 kilometers with 12 stations, while the southern route will run for 9.15km and have 18 stations. Both will run along Xumin Road E., providing a two-way service in that area.
