A STREET vendor charged with stabbing an urban management employee to death pleaded guilty and offered to do his best to compensate the family, a court heard yesterday.
Zhang Huijun, a 41-year-old Shaanxi Province native, said in the hearing that he regretted his actions. The Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People's Court will hand down a verdict after judging Zhang's attitude and compensation plan.
