A TODDLER died after falling into a well on Monday evening in a village in the Pudong New Area, police said yesterday. Two children fell into the well and a villager managed to get them out using a hoe. However, one-year-old Song Shaokang was pronounced dead. The other child, two-year-old Jiang Liang, suffered injuries and a lung infection.
