Woman held for kicking ex-boyfriend, causing bladder injuries

A WOMAN was detained after she kicked her ex-boyfriend in the groin, causing injuries.
The 38-year-old Shanghai native, surnamed Zhou, lived with a man, surnamed Wang, and got pregnant with him. After she told Wang about it, he asked her to have an abortion and ended their relationship. He promised to pay her 100,000 yuan (US$16,515) as compensation. But Wang did not pay the compensation or even visited her after her abortion. When Zhou found Wang in a bar with another woman, she kicked him, damaging his bladders. She was detained for causing intentional injury.
