McMillon said Wal-Mart has full confidence in business development in Shanghai and China and will open more stores. Wal-Mart’s global purchase center in Shanghai will buy more Chinese goods to sell worldwide.

He said Wal-Mart will take advantage of new opportunities in Shanghai FTZ and has formed a team to do investment research. He affirmed that Wal-Mart will increase its investment in Shanghai and seek business growth through innovation.
