A THREE-YEAR, 150-million-yuan (US$22 million) program to improve information accessibility for China's disabled population was launched on Monday.
A Website for the disabled will be set up, providing training courses, distance education and entertainment, said Zhang Cheng from the China Disabled Persons' Federation. For the blind there is speaking channel, Zhang added.
