ANOTHER person died today after a bus rampage in Tianjin City, bringing the death toll to 10, while the bus driver was said to be mentally unstable.
Zhang Yimin, 40, the driver detained over Monday's deaths, seemed depressed and had hallucinations over the past six months, his brother told today's Beijing News.
A funeral home told the newspaper that another victim had died of their injuries after treatment failed.
The suspect stole the bus after stabbing his co-worker with a dagger at Tianbao Transportation Co, killing nine people and injuring 11 by driving it into crowded roads while being chased by police.
Four of the injured were police officers who tried to intercept the bus.
