Ticket to ride on an ark? Try Taobao

If the Mayan Prophecy is right about a doomsday in 2012, Chinese people can now reserve a ticket on a life-saving ark at online shopping mall taobao.com.
About 200 Chinese online shops are selling tickets to draw attention to the movie blockbuster "2012."
The most expensive is priced at 100 million yuan (US$14.64 million), with the cheapest just 0.01 yuan.
A seller of a one-yuan ticket told Hangzhou-based Today Morning Express that she only put the item on her online shop to gain attention.
And she even provided tongue-in-cheek guidance on how to use the tickets. "Shout 'I want to get on board' three times at the top of Mount Everest and a crew member will lead you to the ship."
