Woman's broken tongue caused by brutal kiss

A 19-year-old woman in northeastern Heilongjiang Province has been hospitalized for a tongue-tie rupture inflicted by her boyfriend who was overjoyed to see her after days of separation and kissed her too hard.
Doctors in a hospital in Harbin, the provincial capital, said the woman came to them with blood in her mouth. A diagnosis showed her tongue tie was torn, which would affect the mobility of her tongue and her pronunciation and chewing.
The woman told the doctors that her boyfriend was so excited to see her after being apart from each other for several days that he hugged her and kissed her hard.
She said she felt a sudden pain in her tongue and blood started to ooze, which scared her to tears.
The doctors gave her a surgery to clean the wound and sew up her broken tongue-tie. The woman is now recovering in hospital.
