DRIVERS on the road in Shanghai have to be taught to make way for ambulances and fire brigades.
It is a sad fact of life in Shanghai that drivers generally do not make way for ambulances and fire brigades.
It is the selfishness of these drivers that ignore the sirens from such rescue vehicles which have the tough job of saving lives.
