At 22,000 square feet (approximately 2,000 square meters), the floor of Beauty + at Lane Crawford Shanghai Times Square features 48 of the best skincare, makeup and fragrance brands from around the world, including Burberry, Dior Beauty, Estee Lauder, Fresh, La Mer, Lancome, La Prairie and Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, just to name a few.
With exemplary customer service as one of its top priorities, Lane Crawford’s Beauty + Services is a unique concept dedicated solely to the needs of customers. Spanning 4,000 square feet (approximately 370 square meters) within the beauty department, this area is divided into four separate spaces specially designed for personalized service. Trained beauty stylists are on hand at the Beauty + Services reception to provide unbiased beauty and trend information, skin analysis, complimentary fragrance and makeup consultations, makeovers, and gifting recommendations to beauty customers depending on their needs and requests, rather than in a brand-specific way, while appointments for treatments and store events can also be booked here. The Edit is a constantly changing area that showcases Lane Crawford’s top picks for the month, where customers can sample various products and receive advice and insider tips from beauty stylists. Customers will also have the opportunity to experience all things skincare at the Skincare Consultation area, where they will be able to review and test Lane Crawford’s personal skincare recommendations with the help of trained skincare experts. Rounding out the head-to-toe beauty experience, the beauty department also includes an Il Colpo hair salon and nail bar, pampering our customers with an enticing selection of top-of-the-line beauty treatments.
To celebrate the world of Beauty, Lane Crawford launched Beauty Expressions, a collaboration with China’s renowned makeup artist Tony Li, world-leading visual artist Chen Man and Long Teng model agency that selected the new face of Lane Crawford’s next Beauty campaign.
Through the New Face of Beauty social media competition via http://weibo.com/lanecrawfordofficial, eight finalists were announced on November 25; the winner was revealed at the in-store event on November 28. Selected by these three powerful creative forces, she was given a one-year modeling contract with Long Teng model agency.
Customers were also invited to join Tony Li for the exhibition of his book, Powder & Brush II by Tony Li collection, as well as enjoy makeovers by his team of talented stylists who gave personal beauty consultations amped up with his signature flair.
