SHANGHAI Small Animal Protection Association (SSAPA) has recently opened a new shelter in Pudong New Area, housing more than 30 abandoned dogs and 10 stray cats waiting for new homes. All the animals are vaccinated, spayed/neutered and de-wormed to make sure they are healthy.
Animal lovers are encouraged to lend a hand, either by donating to the shelter, adopting an animal or volunteering with animal care. The shelter in Pudong Lingkong Agriculture Technology Da Guan Yuan opens daily, from 9am to 5pm.
