Short but with a distinct vibe

IF you could describe Xinle Road in two words it would be individual and non-pretentious. Although a short street, Xinle Road offers a distinct vibe with a touch of elegance to shoppers, different from the one that can be found in other larger streets in the city. Small, fashionable boutiques, cozy cafes and a beautiful Russian Orthodox Mission Church offer a one-of-a-kind experience that will make you lose your appetite for mainstream high-street brands and mass retail. Although non-pretentious, Xinle Road has an aristocratic flair to it that will make you want to go back again and again.

The facial treatments use Biodroga skincare lines with prices from 400 yuan for a 70-min basic facial to the Oriental Pearl package at 780 yuan/90 min. In celebration of Dragonfly's eighth anniversary, customers can enjoy special offers this month: pay only 888 yuan and get eight massage gift certificates valued at 1,200 yuan. During March, customers can also enjoy a toning collagen mask for only 188 yuan (regularly 300 yuan).

One can find all sorts of furniture such as chairs, tables, glass cabinets and even an old radio. Prices for the chairs range from 1,000 yuan to 2,000 yuan. Most of the objects were found and made in Shanghai however some things are imported from Italy such as the 19th-century lamps priced from 15,000 yuan to 18,000 yuan.
