THE renowned Maria Luisa Selection store opened its doors last week in Xintiandi. The store is decorated as an imaginary jungle to reflect the mood of this season’s collections. The first Maria Luisa boutique in Paris was conceived as an alternative to the then quite sleepy and conservative Faubourg Saint Honore neighborhood, where luxury products are sold.
