Meet Santa at Barbie's store

DON'T be surprised if you bump into Santa Claus in Barbie Shanghai, where the world's most famous doll is celebrating her first Christmas in the city.
A pink and white Christmas tree (above) has been set up in the six-floor property on Huaihai Road M. A "live" Santa Claus walks around the store from time to time to give surprises and gifts to little customers.
The Barbie Cafe on the sixth floor has also launched a special Christmas menu designed for girls of all ages.
The limited edition "Santa Barbie" wears a gold evening gown adorned with pink tulle, matched with gold necklace, bracelet and hoop earrings.
A "luxurious" Barbie Christmas gift set at 580 yuan (US$85) includes a box of 36 Barbie chocolates, candy gift box, Barbie and Ken mugs and a limited edition Shanghai flagship store Barbie.
Meanwhile, Barbie Shanghai has also premiered the first fully articulated Barbie, the "Barbie Fashionistas" dolls featuring 12 points of movement and more than 100 plastic-fantastic poses.
To show off these new movements, Barbie has also teamed up with hot choreographer JaQuel Knight, who has worked with Beyonce and Britney Spears, to create a series of doll-like moves and dance grooves for Barbie's first music and dance video "Do 'The Barbie'."
"It was really fun to work with Barbie and create a dance for her. Barbie is the biggest icon in life and I am so excited to have worked with her," Knight said.
