Luxury retail developer RDM Group recently announced the second “Florentia Village — Shanghai Luxury Designer Outlet” to be built in the Pudong New Area in the third quarter of 2014. Developed by Silk Road Holdings, it will be its second designer outlet in China located between the first Disneyland on China’s mainland and Pudong International Airport. The total estimated investment of the outlet is around 1.5 billion yuan (US$242 million).
