FRUSTRATED with not enough clothes? Don't worry, just check out your boyfriend's wardrobe for inspiration. One of the easiest and safest ways to keep up with the trends this season is to wear your boyfriend's clothes: from shirts to blazers, from jeans to accessories.
"Big in size" is the key to this casual, laid-back style, which is loved by many Hollywood stars including Katie Holmes, Nicky Hilton, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway and Dakota Fanning.
Essential items to create this look include the shirts, be they white or checked, the cotton V-necks, the slouchy style denim, the slightly oversized jackets and cardigans and, of course, accessories such as hats, belts, bags and big watches.
Wearing one or two pieces borrowed from your opposite's wardrobe is cool, especially when you match them with clothes and accessories that have a feminine touch. For example, pair your boyfriend's jeans with a feminine cardigan, or a pair of sexy high heels.
Remember NOT to wear them all at one time. An oversized jacket brings out its best when worn with leggings but it never works with your boyfriend's denim.
