Acer focuses on Asian market

TAIWAN-BASED PC maker Acer has launched its Liquid E1 smartphone in China, with an Android Jelly Bean system and camera and display features specifically designed for Asian consumers.
It has a 4.5 inch screen, is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor with 4GB of on-board memory and has a 5 mega-pixel rear-facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixel snapper.
Price: 1,699 yuan (US$269)
