Czech Republic - Monroe photos theft
A PUBLICIST for an upcoming Marilyn Monroe exhibition in Prague, the Czech Republic, has said photographs of the star have been stolen. Alice Titzova, of the 2media agency, said the photos, stolen late Monday, were to be on display at the Prague Castle.
Titzova said that mannequins and display cases had also disappeared.
The collection, including Monroe's dresses, shoes and diaries, was assembled at the Salvatore Ferragamo museum in Florence, Italy, last year to mark the 50th anniversary of her death.
