Exhibition of Bottega Veneta opens at UCCA

BOTTEGA Veneta’s “Art of Collaboration” exhibition opened recently at the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art (UCCA) in Beijing’s 798 Art District. The exhibition showcases the philosophy of the house through a series of creative partnerships. It features a selection of photographs by 17 world-renowned photographers who have collaborated with Bottega Veneta’s creative director Tomas Maier on the Italian brand’s campaign for every season since 2001.
The exhibition presents the brand’s modern aesthetic through bold individualistic shots that reveal the narrative behind the organic growth of Tomas Maier’s vision. The opening event hosted by the creative director included photographers Jack Pierson and Ralph Gibson, who participated in this special series of collaborations.
The exhibition, which will last until June 28, also celebrates two milestones of the house, Maier’s 15th anniversary as creative director of the house and the 50th anniversary since its foundation in Vicenza in the Veneto region of Italy.
