A tourist's cellphone shot of a New York City police officer putting new boots on a barefoot homeless man in Times Square has created an online sensation. The man was begging when officer Larry DePrimo bought him boots and socks. By Thursday, more than 420,000 users had "liked" the photograph by Jennifer Foster of Arizona.
