Best new ideas celebrated in anniversary exhibition
THE Trends and Innovations competition is dedicated to highlighting the best new ideas by exhibitors at SIAL China.
Last year, 12 products were celebrated for their innovative character. All advanced the aspects of pleasure (new tastes, new textures, vegetable ingredients and premium products), health and packaging (easy to cook, easy to handle).
To mark the 10th anniversary, a retrospective in the Trends and Innovations Area in Hall E2 will highlight Chinese food and beverage industry innovation in the past decade.
