Explore these great jogging routes

SPRING is a great season for jogging. Some people like to run in a park while others prefer more stimulating routes. Try these recommended routes:
1. Most Peaceful Route (6km)
Start at Jiao Tong University Station of Metro Line 11 -> Huashan Rd -> Tai'an Rd -> Wukang Rd -> Hunan Rd -> Yongfu Rd (German consulate) -> Fuxing Rd W. -> Wulumuqi Rd S. (US and French consulates) -> Taojiang Rd -> Yueyang Rd -> Jianguo Rd W. (Polish Consulate) -> Gao’an Rd -> Hengshan Rd -> Wanping Rd -> Kangping Rd -> Tianping Rd -> Huaihai Rd M. -> back to starting point.
2. Best Waterfront Route (5km)
From Longteng Ave -> Ruining Rd -> Jiangbing Rd -> Furun Rd -> Dapu Rd -> back to starting point.

3. Most Historical Route (10km)
Start at the east gate of Luxun Park -> Tian’ai Rd -> Sichuan Rd N. -> Duolun Rd Pedestrian Street -> Donghengbang Rd -> Hailun Rd W. -> Sichuan Rd N. -> Nansuzhou Rd -> Garden Bridge -> Huangpu Park -> The Bund
4. Most Shanghai-ish Route (7.7km)
Start at Shanghai Circus World on Gonghexin Rd -> Guangzhong Rd -> Pingxingguan Rd -> Liuying Rd -> Shuidian Rd -> Huayuan Rd -> Sichuan Rd N. -> Tian’ai Sub Rd -> Tian’ai Rd -> Shanyin Rd -> Changshan Rd -> Liyang Rd -> the former residence of Guo Moruo.

Jinqiao 8K Run
The Jinqiao 8K Run takes place on April 13. More than 6,000 people will participate in the 13th annual run in Jinqiao, Pudong New Area.
The main run begins at 8am, followed by a 2km Happiness Run at 9:30am. Pinghe School is the starting point of both races.
The top three men and women in the 8K race will receive a prize. There are also prizes for people wearing the most extraordinary clothing.
As an official media partner, iDEALShanghai has organized a team of 50 Shanghai Daily readers to join the 8K Run.
Drop by and get a souvenir at the Shanghai Daily booth on the Jinqiao 8K Run site if you bring a copy of Shanghai Daily dated either today or April 13.
