Get crazy and illuminated during Electric Run
COME and join the 2014 Electric Run in Shanghai. Bring your creativity, smile and laughs, and leave that dull mood at home.
The Electric Run is the world’s premier nighttime 5K run/walk experience, where participants are an integral part of the show. Everyone comes to have fun and experience something magical and different.
This year in November, Zebra Media brings the “world’s brightest 5K” to Shanghai.
Ten themed course lands are to set up along the road at the west Bund: Start Line, Neffmau5 Land, Under the Sea, Electro Rainforest, Lovers Tunnel, Xi’an Express, Crane Arch, Electric Avenue, Rainbow Road and The Powerhouse. The exact date is not decided yet.
People can participate as individuals or on teams, and everyone is encouraged to join in on the art by lighting up with glow sticks, LEDs or other glowing accessories provided in the entry packet.
Tim Mason, the UK-based producer and DJ extraordinaire, will hit the ground running this year. Electric RUN icon Stickman will also show up on site, running and dancing with you from the starting line.
Lights and sounds will kick up a notch as you cross the finish line. Neon trees, glowing arches, lasers, glowing beach balls and other lighting effects will dance to the music celebrating your return.
Stay and prepare for a DJs’ mix final celebration, featuring the world’s top DJs provided by MUSE Group. Dumb Plants, a brand new electro music band, from Beijing, will bring the so-called Complextro to the dance floor.
Everyone will deal with the overwhelming changes in the music while swinging his or her body, jumping and screaming.
Come and light up Shanghai night by transporting the mind, body and soul to a new world in a healthy and drug-free way!
