Fan Ting Lue

A publisher and an expert on whisky, Fan enjoys life in the slow lane and likes to ruminate on the meaning of life. Fan is a lifestyle columnist for a number of elite publications and the Chinese website of Financial Times. He has published òThe Good Lifeó book series, introducing lifestyle and culture in different places. He believes that consumers need good information to live a better life.

James Loudon

Loudon, a Dutchman, has spent two-thirds of his life outside of his home country, having lived in Switzerland, Japan, Spain, England and since in 2003 in China. With 14 years? experience in media and business information services, he is China Representative for IMA Asia, which provides clients with a sounding board for corporate strategy in Asia. Prior to joining IMA Asia at the start of 2010, he worked in Beijing (2007-2009), heading enterprise sales for the Economist Intelligence Unit. Between 2003 and 2007, he was responsible for developing Shanghai Daily?s advertising and supplements business.

John H. Isacs

Isacs is the founder and CEO of Enjoy Int?l Inc and one of region?s most respected wine and food connoisseurs, writers and consultants. He is the principal author of the best-selling, award-winning series of bilingual (Chinese and English) gourmet wine and restaurants books òISACS Guides.ó He writes columns in leading magazines and newspapers in China, including a weekly wine column in Shanghai Daily, and frequently contributes to other leading regional publications.

David Maguire

A veteran journalist with experience in Australia, Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, Maguire has extensive experience in Shanghai as a foreign expert, newspaper and book editor, columnist and food and wine writer.

Gao Ceng

A food and wine writer for Shanghai Daily, Gao is herself a foodie who walks the streets of Shanghai in search for good cooking. She pens the iDeal Chef column and has interviewed many world-famous chefs, including Ferran Adria from Spain and Alain Ducasse from France. Her passion for wine also saw her meet with Robert Parker, a leading US wine critic with international influence.
