SPAIN will participate once again in SIAL China. This year's national pavilion is organized by the Spanish Federation of Food and Beverages Industries (FIAB) and the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX).
The 39 companies exhibiting at the Spanish Pavilion, located in Hall E4, will present to Chinese trade professionals many different andexciting products.
These will include wines and other beverages, olive oils, vinegar, ham, meat, dried fruits, snacks, fish, sweets, candies, almonds and other delicious gourmet products.
The Spanish Pavilion will incorporate a Gastronomy and Promotion Area (E4T26) where various events will take place daily.
These will include seminars conducted by experts on Spanish wines, olive oils and almonds.
The ultimate Spanish tasty experiences on gourmet products, olive oils and wines will be open to all in an informal self tasting, with an expert ready to answer all questions.
There will also be cooking demonstrations and tapas tasting by famous Spanish chefs working in Shanghai.
A special feature is sure to be a Spanish wine book presentation by a famous Chinese writer.
