3D printer bracelets a perk of job

EARLIER this month, I was Head of School for a Day at Concordia, and I was able to do a lot of interesting things. It was really fun and exciting! I met with all the principals in the boardroom, and I also gave a speech. I visited places in the school that most students never see, including the kitchen in the cafeteria.

For me, one of the highlights of the day was hanging out with Mr Klammer, a high school science teacher. He showed me a few different experiments in the lab. He even made me bracelets with his 3D printer.

Most importantly, I got to experience what it was like to be in charge of the school. I think that the most important thing for a head of school to do is to hire good teachers who make learning exciting.

I was very happy to be Head of School for a Day. I learned things about the school I didn’t know. Plus, I feel that this experience will help me develop my leadership skills.
